Appointment Scheduling and Service Provision
To book and confirm your appointments, and to provide services you request.

We will contact you via phone, email, or SMS to confirm appointments made and remind you of upcoming appointments – these reminders may be sent from the Meevo platform. By making an appointment we consider this as consent to undertake this activity.  If you choose, you can opt-out at any time. 

Hair Services
To provide tailored services that give you the best results.

To provide services to you and run our business effectively, we require the minimum level of personally identifying information. This is data you provide us directly, for example, your name and contact details.

We store notes relating to your appointments to ensure we maintain and exceed our level of service. 

In receiving services from us, we consider you to have provided consent for us to store personally identifying information and information about these services.

Depending on the specific service or services we are providing to you we may be required to ask questions related to your medical history. If we do need to store information relating to your medical history, we will obtain your consent before doing so. Examples of medical data may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may impact our service.

Transaction Processing
To process payments for services, products, and gift certificates.

To send you information about upcoming promotions, special offers, new services, and other updates that may be of interest to you.
