What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Massage Therapist (must be in good standing with the state of Michigan)
Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, hot stone, and other modalities
Ability to assess clients’ needs and provide personalized treatments
A passion for providing an exceptional client experience, with a focus on relaxation, pain relief, and wellness
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
Professional and friendly demeanor, with a commitment to a clean, organized work environment
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of massage techniques to relieve stress, improve circulation, reduce tension, and enhance overall wellness.
Provide consultations to clients and recommend massage treatments tailored to their needs.
Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
Collaborate with the rest of the salon team to ensure the best experience for clients.
Assist with promoting services and retail products.
